Account and generation data

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, email verification status and profile picture to create or access your account. We request only basic profile and email access, not access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.

We store account details, verification records, credit balances, generation inputs and results so that the tool and your history work. We send generation input to Aiduct and the selected model provider to perform your request. Avoid uploading confidential or highly sensitive material.

Payments

Stripe processes payments. We send your account identifier, email address and order details to Stripe and retain payment identifiers, amounts, currency, status and credit records to reconcile purchases. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted Checkout; we do not store full card numbers.

Retention and deletion

Uploads and results remain available for your account history; this launch does not promise automatic deletion after a short fixed period. To request deletion, email support@vife.ai from your account email, name this site and identify the relevant files or request account removal. We verify the request before deleting account-linked records and applicable stored files. Records needed for legal, fraud-prevention or financial obligations may be retained. Backup copies remain until their normal retention expires.

Source and usage analytics

We use first-party analytics cookies to understand traffic sources and product use. We record referring domains, landing pages, ordered non-sensitive URL parameters, page views, sign-in, generation and download events, approximate country and device type. Signed-in activity is associated with your account. Passwords, verification codes, payment details, generation input and other sensitive parameter values are excluded from analytics. We do not send this analytics data to advertising networks. Account-linked analytics records are deleted with the account.

Use only uploads you have permission to share. Contact support@vife.ai for access, correction or deletion requests. We do not sell your personal information.
